Message: Mike is awesome. See my story below. Another company had performed a "preventative maintenance" on our A/C even though it had been working perfectly, it was a furnace & A/C deal. The guy suggested that our unit was pretty old (it was 13 years old at the time), and we should consider replacing it. Well sure enough, within 24 hours of him leaving, the unit started acting up, making all kinds of noise that it never made before even though it have never even hinted at a problem. When I called this company, they suggested it was a coincidence and that they would be happy to come look at it, but if they didn't find a problem, there would be an additional charge. I was not happy about it, so I told them not to come and I expressed my great displeasure with their company. A year passed and the a/c was working, but noisy, until one day it stopped. I did a bit a research and saw good reviews for Boldt, so I set up an appt. Mike showed up a bit earlier than scheduled (he called first) which was a great thing, and proceeded to find the problem in short order. The other guy didn't fully tighten one of the wires after he "preventative maintenanced" it. This caused a wire to melt. Mike found and fixed the problem right away. He checked out the a/c part of the furnace inside the house and cleared the drain hoses and cleaned up the condenser coils. I could not be happier with this company. He has earned himself a customer for as long as he is in business. If only other companies would do this, they might have more loyalty. Thanks Mike!

Message: When our furnace went out I called another company for service. They (the other company) quickly determined that my furnace was a safety hazzard and couldn't be repaired. Looking at the cost of replacement I knew I needed multiple quotes and luckily found Boldt. When Tim arrived to quote a new furnace installation he asked what had happened that caused us to request a replacement quote. While listening to me explain what happened and how the furnace was condemned he was surprised that it hadn't been properly tested and strongly recommended their service technician (really wish I could remember his name) come and actually check the unit out. I cannot describe fully the emotions I felt when he told me my furnace could be repaired with a circuit board and motor capacitor for 8% of the cost to replace it. They happily put my family ahead of their proffits and proved that their customers come first! Who does that?! Boldt! Don't take a gamble, win with Boldt.

Message: Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. We were not overly happy with the company that did the install 6 years earlier so we called Boldt. The came out that day and identified the issue, order the parts and got us back up and running the next day. They even went out of the way to track down our warranty that saved us hundreds. They were a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.
