Message: I recently hired Zablocki as one particular basement wall had some movement and cracking, so I needed steel braces. I got a few quotes from other companies and I felt Zablocki was the most no-nonsense, straightforward company to work with. It didn't hurt that they came in a few hundred dollars lower than everyone else. I also felt their measurements on the basement wall movement were more accurate than the other companies. They scheduled the work on my house within a week, showed up right on time and got started, and had everything knocked out and completed in about six hours. The guys were very nice, kept everything clean and I had absolutely no problems with working with them. The work was well done and I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I ever have an issue again.

The owner came the same day and was able to give us a quote (less than expected) and schedule the work within two weeks. He was friendly and extremally knowledgeable about our particular issues. The crew came on time and explained everything before they started. They kept us updated as the work was being completed. The estimated amount of days was three but they were able to complete it in two. The entire crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to provide us with aftercare and suggestions to keep our basement dry. Being a family owned business, they treated us as such. From the initial estimate (I received estimates from 5 different companies; Zablocki was not the "cheapest") through completion of the work, Mr. Zablocki and his employees were not only professional and friendly, they showed up at the times promised, kept cleaning as they were working, kept me informed as to what they were doing and why while they were doing it, did an awesome job and went above and beyond expectations when they noticed my sump pump wasn't working, checked the breakers and offered to install the new one for me when I purchased it. Everything was clean when they completed the job, and the basement looks wonderful. Ten stars would be a better rating for this company and it's employees!
