The project was delivered on time, on budget, and it looked great. They did an incredible job. BJ is quite the craftsman and did amazing work. He also kept a very clean and well organized build site. They also helped us improve the drainage from our downspouts and culvert areas. They listened to what we wanted and really came through with a beautiful project on time and on budget. Message: 2 new paver sidewalks, firepit, plant landscaping and built in outdoor kitchen. From the beginning of the design Dave Kmetz provided his experience and insights to make our project better than we could have imagined. Then the crew came and we could not believe how quickly yet professionally the team got things done with a daily end of day clean up which was appreciated. Dave also helped coordinate other contractors such as electric and grill so it was hands free for us. Dave was super responsive to all emails, texts and calls. Highly recommend.

Message: Ken was very helpful getting our new yard set up for a seeded lawn. His crew were on time and did a great job grading the yard, dropping topsoil, seeding, and covering it with straw. One month later I have a real lawn, which is growing fast and looks great. I highly recommend Reesman for your residence or corporate facility.

Message: David K is the worst customer service rep. Doesn’t answer/return 30 plus calls. It appears that if the job is not a million dollar job, they don’t want it. I am trying to do a 1, 000 square foot wall. I don’t think that is that small of a job. Apparently they can’t be bothered to call you back and tell you if it is. Very poor customer service. Redi Rock corporate recommended him. If this is who they recommend, I have to question if I even want to use Redi Rock.. UPDATE: After David finally got back to me, it was determined that it was the engineers fault. I wish David had returned at least one of my 30 plus calls to let me know that the delay, which was 9 weeks, was due to the engineers. David has been very responsive and we have been working together to try and get our project done.
